Innovation starters

Aimed at industry managers looking to innovate successfully within their organisation, the Imperial College Business School has developed a hands-on programme entitled From Idea to Innovation: Inspiring Intrapreneurship.

The short innovation course, with a duration of four days at the London institution, has been conceived to contribute to a mindset change in managers, inspire innovation in all functions and provide the practical tools to develop ideas into viable business propositions.

The key objective is to help managers of any industry understand how to become entrepreneurial within their own organisation, while also inspiring their teams and colleagues to innovate together.

The programme aims to immerse participants in an innovation experience, provide applicable innovation tools, allow networking across organisational silos, and help identify new business opportunities, build the right business model around innovation and negotiate for internal resources.

The next dates for the programme are from the 9th to the 12th of June, and the 24th to the 27th of June. See the full programme overview here.
