Management consulting firm Arthur D Little has launched a new series of insight-sharing events to help prepare companies for the future of R&D. ‘Rethinking Innovation’ begins in December and will run throughout 2020.
The first event is a practical seminar called “Value-Optimization in Innovation” and will take place at the company’s Amsterdam office on December 10. Described as an interactive and informal setting, participants will learn about:
- the smartest way to re-allocate their R&D budget across their project portfolio;
- how to create a water-tight business case for their R&D investments;
- how to fast-track our make-or-break innovation projects.
Arthur D Little will share important findings from its recent innovation consulting work focusing in the short- to mid-term to support R&D leaders who may not be building foundations for the future.
The next two events – “Convergence & circularity” and “Lab of the future” – will take place next year (dates will be announced on the company website).
