The purpose of the Innovation Matrix is to raise organizational value by enhancing human capital.

Genesis.
One of the key definitions of ‘matrix’ is “A situation or surrounding substance within which something else originates, develops, or is contained”.
This, in one sentence is the essence of The Innovation Matrix.
Our logo, which uses negative space to represent one “N” also alludes to the essence of innovation: that it is sometimes necessary to look beyond the obvious in order to innovate.
And once it is seen, it cannot be unseen.

Shoba Chandran
Founder
Shoba is a Certified Master Facilitator, Scrum Master and CTI trained coach, with 20 years’ worth of experience in the field of organisation development. She was a supporting author of the book on facilitation called “Collaboration by Design”.
Her comprehensive project portfolio includes supporting global transformation for multinational organisations across the globe. She has also worked extensively with Government Agencies as well as the Not-for-Profit and Social Services sector.
Her work includes developing the next generation of trainers and facilitators.

Mark Bentkover
Strategic Advisor
Mark serves as a Strategic Advisor to the Innovation Matrix, bridging the worlds of technology and business.
He has a unique foundation in Theater Arts and experience working with Enterprise computing, he brings a rare and powerful blend of creativity and technical depth.
Mark is a seasoned speaker – delivering keynotes globally, teaching masterclasses, and hosting executive-level fireside chats using advanced storytelling techniques balanced with cutting edge insights and data.

Teck Kwang is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator – Master.
He is passionate about unlocking the true potential of individuals and organisations. He specialises in strategic planning, visioning, and designing interventions that build high-performing teams. Equally committed to leadership development, he conducts workshops to equip leaders with the skills to inspire, engage, and lead effectively. He is also dedicated to nurturing the next generation of facilitators and regularly conducts workshops to build facilitation capacity in others.

Jess
Senior Learning & Performance Consultant
Jess is a seasoned learning for performance consultant and facilitator with over 20 years of experience.
Jess designs and facilitates programs on ROI of workplace learning, learning consultant development, effective workplace conversations, coaching, DISC profiling, and comprehensive facilitator and instructional designer training across classroom, virtual, and workplace settings. She also possesses a Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certificate – Bronze Level. She serves a diverse client base: government, education, and MNCs
