The European Industrial Research Management Association, in partnership with the Vlerick Business School, has announced the creation of a new programme – Mastering Innovation Management (MIM). The initiative seeks ‘to inspire and equip [the] best R&D managers with [the] methodology and practical tools to shape the future of global innovation’. The first edition takes place on the Vlerick Campus, in Ghent, Belgium, from June 16 to 19.
Based on action-oriented educational approaches, MIM presents key concepts, frameworks and best practices and offers participants support while applying these models to their own organisations. They get faculty members’ help and fellow participants’ experience, each with seven years in their profession, minimum.
The first two days focus on ‘defining innovation strategy and managing innovation’, while, on day three, participants work in globally distributed teams. Day four is an integration module.
Registration closes on May 29. Find more details and information on eligibility criteria here.
