Driving Strategic Innovation: Achieving High Performance Throughout the Value Chain is a six-day programme bringing together leadership knowledge from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) and the latest technology research from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management – a 14-year partnership. The programme is offered on several dates in 2017, in Lausanne, Switzerland, and in Boston, USA.

Teaching ‘new solutions to current business problems’, the course is designed for teams, entrepreneurs, senior executives and business leaders. Students can practice rapid prototyping, develop business models to match ideas and explore styles and approaches for maximum success.

In 2016, this joint programme also started including MakerSpace, ‘a daily innovation lab which allows you to think holistically about innovation and explore your individual style and approach’ (watch video). IMD is ranked as first in open programmes worldwide and in the top three executive education worldwide.
