From 4 to 8 October, a global community of chief information officers (CIO) and senior information technology (IT) executives is gathering in Orlando, Florida, during the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2015. The required registration is now open.
In what the organisation considers ‘a defining moment for every CIO and senior IT executive’, ITxpo ‘align[s] mission-critical priorities – yours and those of enterprise – and drive[s] business outcomes’. The symposium promises to share best practices, expand your personal network and embrace new perspectives, helping you ‘rise to the challenge’ in three main areas: leadership, business outcomes and digital technology and information.
Several conferences are taking place during the five-day event around these topics. But, the high point is the confirmed keynote speakers: Gartner Research’s senior vice president, Peter Sondergaard; General Electric’s chief executive officer (CEO) and chairman, Jeff Immelt; chairman, president and CEO of IBM, Ginni Rometty and, finally, Tony Robbins, entrepreneur and a ‘The New York Times’ number one best-selling author.
